The machine is designed for turning in semi-automatic cycle in the chuck or centers parts with rectilinear, stepped or curvilinear profile in a small batch and mass production.  Operative system - a system of machine control which does not require high qualification of the operator, but at the same time allows you to handle the details of any complex configuration.  

The machine is designed for turning in semi-automatic cycle in the chuck or centers parts with rectilinear, stepped or curvilinear profile in a small batch and mass production.  Operative system - a system of machine control which does not require high qualification of the operator, but at the same time allows you to handle the details of any complex configuration.  Compilation of processing program from prepared cycles with specifying the needed parameters reduces preparation time of processing, simplifies work of operator and reduces the probability of errors in the processing program. The use of machine with operative system instead of a universal allows to refuse from mechanical transmission, flexibly and operatively to change the cutting models, it’s easy to make complicated details with spherical parts and non-standard thread.

Operative Control System allows:

-      easy in control  of machine using the menus on the touch screen;

-      assignment of spindle speed, feed and displacement, operative correction of details cutting modes, digital display of movements;

-      assignment and implementation of semi-automatic cycles:

-      rough and finish turning internal and external surfaces;

-      cutting all kinds of threads with a constant pitch;

-      diagnosis and alert of emergency situations.

For ensure the function of the thread cutting the machine is equipped with a  threading sensor.

To move the carriage in the transverse direction applied the roller guide, which improves the accuracy of processing due to lack of wear guides, also enhances rigidity of carriage and reduces the wear ballscrews, due to exclusion of the load from frictional force at idle speeds.

Machines can be equipped with the following options:

-         manual four-position tool holder or electromechanical control program;

-         conveyor for chip removal;

-         mechanized supply of tailstock quill;

-         mechanized workpiece clamping chuck (pneumatic or hydraulic);

-         the distance between the centers 1500mm,2000mm
