The machine in the chuck version is designed for turning in a closed cycle in the chuck and centers the details with rectilinear, stepped and curved profiles in a small batch and mass production. The machine in the bar-version is designed for turning parts from bar material with a diameter up to 50 mm. The machine can carry out external turning, boring, drilling, screw-cutting for parts from different materials.

The machine in the bar-version is designed for turning parts from bar material with a diameter up to 50 mm. The machine can carry out external turning, boring, drilling, screw-cutting for parts from different materials. Regulation range of spindle speeds and feed allows processing of products from conventional ferrous or nonferrous metals as well as of different alloys.  The machine can be equipped with different: CNC systems, actuators, motors of main motions and feeds. To move the carriage in the transverse direction applied the roller rail systems. The use of 8-position tool head UG8 allows you to install a sufficient number of tools needed for details processing.

Machines can be equipped with the following options:

-         different tool head;

-         increased diameter of cylindrical hole in a spindle;

-         conveyor for chip removal;

-         mechanized supply of tailstock quill;

-         mechanized workpiece clamping chuck (pneumatic or hydraulic);
