CNC lathe model 16GS25SU or model 16GS32SU with an increased diameter of workpiece processing above the bedplate and caliper.

The machine is designed for turning in a semi-automatic cycle in a chuck or centers of parts with a straight, stepped and curved profile in small-scale and serial production.

The machine has an operational control system designed to reduce the requirements for the qualification of the machine's operating personnel while ensuring functionality at the level of a CNC machine.

Easy to understand menu control from the large touch screen. All the necessary modes of part processing are conveniently grouped in a simple and understandable operator dialog menu.

The range of regulation of spindle speeds and feeds makes it possible to process products from both ordinary ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and alloy steels.

The machine can be used in various industries in all possible operations for processing different materials with small repetitive batches of parts.

Depending on the modifications produced, the following alphanumeric indices are added to the basic designation of the machine:

"1" ("Mitsubishi"), "2" ("Siemens"), etc. - CNC systems;

"D" - a machine with an increased diameter of a cylindrical hole in the spindle;

"T" - a machine with a conveyor for chip removal;

"M" - a machine with a mechanized supply of the tailstock quill;

"P" - a machine with an electromechanical clamping of the workpiece in the chuck;

"P1" - machine with hydraulic clamping of the workpiece in the chuck;

"P2" - a machine with a pneumatic clamping of the workpiece in the chuck. The machine is produced with  different distances  between centres of 1000 mm, 1500 mm - version 01 and 2000 mm - version 02.
