The chuck machine is designed for turning in a closed cycle in the chuck and centers of parts with a straight, stepped and curved profile in small-scale and serial production.
The machine in bar design is designed for turning parts made of bar material with a diameter of up to 50 mm. On request, it can be equipped with an automatic bar feeder.
The machine can perform external turning, boring, drilling, threading according to the program.
The range of regulation of spindle speeds and feeds makes it possible to process products from both ordinary ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and alloy steels.
The machine can be used in various industries in individual, small-scale and mass production with small repetitive batches of parts.
Depending on the modifications produced, the following alphanumeric indices are added to the basic designation of the machine:
S1 (Siemens), S2 (Fagor), S3 (Mitsubishi), etc. - CNC systems;
"G" - a machine with an automatic head UG8;
"G1" - machine with automatic head UG9326;
"B" - machine in cartridge design;
"B1" - machine in bar design;
"T" - a machine with a conveyor for chip removal;
"P1" - machine with hydraulic clamping of the workpiece in the chuck;
"K" - a machine with a single-section electrical cabinet.
